Who can submit to CineDream Kolkata
IFF?
Anyone — independent filmmakers, established studios, students, ad agencies, OTT
producers, documentary teams, and individual singers. We welcome national and international submissions in
every language.
What categories do you accept?
Feature films, short films, documentaries, music albums, OTT films, ad films, and
individual singing performances (male / female). All languages and all formats are accepted.
What does the singing category
cover?
All singing genres are welcome — songs, ghazals, bhajans, pop songs, folk, classical and
more. You may submit in one of two formats: (1) original voice with music, or (2) only voice (a cappella).
Duration: under 10 minutes.
What are the submission fees?
Feature Films ₹1,800 · Documentary Films ₹1,400 · Short Films ₹1,000 · OTT Films ₹1,500 ·
Music Albums ₹1,000 · Individual Singing (M/F) ₹800. Pay via UPI to cinedreamsiff@oksbi or by direct bank
transfer to Ayub Zulquadar Khan (Bank of India, A/C 017320110000280). Attach the payment screenshot in the
form.
When do submissions open and close?
Submissions are open now! The first window closes on 15 October 2026. A second &
final window runs from 16 October to 30 October 2026 (late-window fees apply). Earlier submissions are
reviewed first.
When are results announced?
Results and the final selection will be announced on 15 November 2026. Every submitter
will receive an email with the outcome.
When and where is the festival?
The festival is held on 2 & 3 December 2026 at PVR INOX — AVANI MALL, near the 2nd
Hooghly Bridge, Howrah, West Bengal. The awards ceremony takes place on the evening of 3 December, 7:00 –
10:00 PM.
Will my entry travel?
Yes — winners across selected categories are programmed for our partner festival circuit
and OTT platform showcases.
